When to expect a reply
We answer every message within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday. Messages received over the weekend are handled first thing on Monday.
What to include
For anything related to an existing order, add your order number and, where relevant, a photograph. It saves an exchange of emails and gets your issue resolved on the first reply.
