From order to doorstep

1. Preparation — your order is verified and prepared within 1–3 business days.

2. Dispatch — you receive an email with your tracking number. Allow 24–72 hours for the first scan to appear.

3. Delivery — your piece arrives within 7 to 18 days of dispatch, depending on destination and customs handling.

Tracking your order

Your tracking number is included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or write to us with your order number and we will resend it.

Duties and import taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes collected on delivery. These charges are set by local authorities, are not included in your purchase, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address changes

If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do everything possible to correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, the address can no longer be modified.

If your parcel is delayed

Transit times can occasionally stretch due to customs or carrier volume. If your order has not arrived within 25 days of dispatch, write to us and we will open an investigation. If the parcel is confirmed lost, you receive a replacement or a full refund.
