Receive your refund
Changed your mind? You have 60 days from delivery to request a return or refund. The process takes three steps.
Step one
Send us your request
Email support@use-sanloran.boutique with your order number, the item you wish to return and a short note on the reason. If the piece arrived damaged or incorrect, attach photographs.
Step two
Receive your instructions
Our team replies within 24–48 hours with the return address and everything you need to send the piece back. Please do not ship anything before receiving this confirmation — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Step three
Receive your refund
Once the return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Before you send
Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition, with all tags, dust bags and packaging included. Return shipping is covered by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
